If you've been through the other sections of our website, you may have figured out that at State It we underline, circle, trace and re-trace the word "Communication." Talk to anyone here and that word is bound to come up.
We don't think of or define "communication" as many do. To us, it's the story; how the story is told; how the story is illustrated; how the story is distributed and sold; how someone should feel when they read or touch or hear or repeat the story.
Every business has a:
This is where our approach begins...
Base Knowledge and Discovery
The goal in this phase is to develop a deep knowledge of your business from both internal and external viewpoints. We're exploring angles, positions, propositions that help define and differentiate you, your company, and your product. We'll also brief you and your team more about what to expect in the following phases.
Research and Pre-Production Strategy Development
We integrate communication, marketing, sales, information technology, marketplace intelligence and finance to fully leverage current investments, make the most informed decisions about future investments and fully realize value potential through current and future customers. And, we challenge orthodoxies to design solutions that meet unsatisfied, new or hidden customer needs. The expectations and needs of both parts of this collaboration are defined in this phase.
Prototyping and Development
At this point, we're creating. The scope of the project has been defined and agreed upon and we're rapidly putting creative options, copy, and tactical plans together for presentation.
Feedback, Revisions and Approval
We present our ideas and get your feedback. We're moving quickly to implement revisions and review them with you to gain your ultimate approval of the concepts, creative, rough-drafts, user interfaces, etc. You can expect a lot of "back-and-forth," during this phase.
Launch and Wrap-up
It's time to seize the day and put our work into action. We deliver files, help you get your project off the ground, do any final training, and depending on the project, plan next steps. We conduct a debriefing to recap the project and collect your feedback on our performance.
